I wish to commend one of your technical staff, he is Jaime. I called Friday A.M. with a serious problem. My car alarm was disfunctioning and the doors would not unlock. Within an hour he came and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been going to you 18 years and always pleased. However, Jaime was extraordinary and you should be very proud to have him.

I absolutely loved the professionalism, politeness, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness of David . He answered all my questions, made sure I knew everything about my new vehicle, and was a pleasure to talk to. I would (and am) recommend him to all my friends and family. I didn't really negotiate the price at all on my new RAV4 because I felt the price was darn good to begin with. David made sure my new RAV4 was washed and 'perfect' before I got in it to drive it home.

I have been coming to Burien Toyota for 18 years. I have purchased my last 4 cars here and this is the only place I feel comfortable having my cars serviced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I drive from Auburn area to them and will continue to do so.

I love Burien Toyota. They have serviced my vehicles for the last 10 years. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I love it that they will give me recommended work so I can choose to do the work now or budget it in later. I find that very helpful. They offer loaners and will give you a ride if necessary. It's nice that they fix flats for free.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Car in the collision department who has gone above and beyond helping me get settled in a tough situation when I gave her very little information to go off of. She was so friendly and followed through super quick with every phone call. I will definitely bring my car back to Burien Toyota because of her excellent customer service.
