Service was excellent & finished sooner than expected.
They are courteous and quick to answer questions. Gave me a ride to a local restaurant and picked me up after lunch.
My overall experience at Burien Toyota Service Department was excellent, I give them all an “A” plus. I was greeted promptly. They were courteous in listing and made every effort to understand my needs. I found the personnel to be very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Service department did a great job. They explained everything perfectly. I would like to thank Burien Toyota for the good work they did. I was glad I was able to use the coupon for the service and that i did not have to go to Jiffy Lube, which I do not trust!
I'm and expert in TPS and nowhere is Lean more evident than Burien Toyota. Just what's needed, just where it's needed, just when it's needed. The plus at Burien is really, really nice people who care about the customer not just because it's their job but because they are sensitive to the individual needs of every customer. World Class Customer Service. Thanks Burien Toyota!
They were prompt in taking care of us, and we waited in the lounge, where they had magazines, a TV to watch and coffee for the customers to wait while the car serviced. They have loaner cars for us to use, while the car is being repaired has to take about 5 hours. Which is one of the reasons we purchased our vehicles from Burien Toyota. They have a great service department.
Close to home and they've serviced my car for the last 6 years - always been great. They went above and beyond on the cleanliness. Noticed at the last moment that the tree it had been parked near left some pollen on it so they completely re washed it - I was very impressed. There's just a general feeling of trust, I know I'll be taken care of, I know it will be fair, and I feel like the people working there are on my side, not out to get me.
Very straightforward purchase experience. Essentially no negotiation. Relatively quick and painless. Excellent.
