This place is amazing and that is due to their great work but it is the great attitude and friendly and caring environment I feel every time I walk in that makes me want to share my experience. When an error was made during the repair and another piece of the vehicle was damaged, Diehl did a great job communicating that with me, taking responsibility to fix the damage, and following up with me after. 0 Star : My Experience The truck looks great, and I appreciate that but the tailgate is supposed to automatically come down when a button is pushed, now it won't do that, I have to pull the gated down.
