The staff at the Butler facility are awesome, they are very courteous and concerned about about my vehicle. Went to schedule an appointment for my truck the other day and after not being there for almost 2 years Shawn in the truck service still remembered me and what truck I have not to mention the color. He got me in the next afternoon on a wait and they had me out of there in under an hour.
