The service department took my vehicle into the shop in a timely manner, kept me informed of the progress and got me out in a timely manner. Shawn showed concern for an item that was reaching the end of it's warranty and assured that it was working well before discharging my vehicle. The cost of the work was reasonable, staff was polite, coupons were honored and the work was done well. The waiting area was comfortable and the free popcorn got me through lunch hour. The inspirational sayings on the wall were an added bonus.
