RecommendedThis review is for the service department: I was able to get my trx in quickly to get the uconnect update done. They were fast and everyone I spoke with was kind. This was coming off of a bad experience with the ram dealer in Chippewa.

RecommendedAfter having an issue with service guy with the way he was speaking to me he adjusted his attitude and was very helpful however the rates are now very conducive to customers. You have to pay separately for each scan? Why would they not want to help to ensure return customers? Would not recommend getting anything repaired at dealership

RecommendedFirst of all I bought my truck from Diehl If moon. They made the process of buying very streamlined and efficient. I just brought it in for a service appointment . I was served in like two minutes and there were lots to keep me busy at the waiting area such as fresh coffee, free Wi-Fi and high definition television with a roku device no doubt. They take the customer experience seriously and made me feel at home.
RecommendedGreat service I asked them to have my truck done by the weekend they went out of there way to make sure that happened! They also washed the truck! That goes a long way with me
