RecommendedAmy, scheduled my Ram and took detailed notes on my problem. It had a water leak seeping in at the rear of the cab, after every rain. She communicated well with the service manager. The water leak was found at a vent on the rear cab. Not only did they fix that problem, but found the front & rear control arms on the chassis were bad & replaced them.
