Diehl is literally perfect. Everyone treats me like a friend, and not just another sale. Frank was super helpful throughout the entire process of building and receiving my Durango. He even called me during his vacation to give me an update. Mike in finance is super friendly and made the whole process easy and very down to earth. My wife and I love Diehl, and plan to get all of our vehicles here.
Dropped off night before picked up next day everything was completed as part of my service plan. No hassles. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Diehl Robinson is a very good dealership to go to, sales staff are really good and so are the service teams, they explain in great detail about your vehicle when they have it to be sure you understand what is goin on or have questions. My only recommendation is to be sure service would reach out to customer with regards to inspections to be sure they put the right month on for the sticker she. You bring it in earlier.
