Had to wait several weeks due to parts backlog. Bob explained situation in advance and work to replace was done promptly on scheduled date once part was received.

I was very pleased with the detail that was provided to me about the service performed on my vehicle. Bob Wolford (my service rep) explained, in detail, all the diagnostics and troubleshooting that was done to find a bad connection that was giving me repetitive DTCs. Everything seems to be working properly now since the repair was completed. Initial interaction during sale discussions was great with JJ (Sales) and Mike (Finance). After sale was complete I found financial discrepancy (in my favor) and it has been almost 3 weeks and discrepancy still not resolved. Also, 4 new wheels were installed only to find out that the tire monitor sensors were all damaged and not repaired. Had to take to another local dealer to have them repaired.
Diehl gave me amazing customer service. Jessica worked hard to get me the best service possible. I’m extremely pleased. I was greeted by name when I arrived and felt like I was given a 5 star treatment. Thank you Diehl!
