The service dept is great and they explain everything. The sale dept is very easy to work with. I mentioned I might be looking to lease and they found a car in their inventory and worked up a deal in less than 5 minutes. No high pressure either.

I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found our it had 4 open recalls. I scheduled the service with Diehl of Salem. They kept me informed of the work and called to let me know they would need to keep it overnight. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. I will be going back for future vehicle needs.
