This service experience was the best one I've had since Diehl bought out Preston Hyundai. In general (not just at this dealer), I've found in recent years that service has been way more sales-driven and profit-focused than economical, honest and helpful to the consumer. I don't care to drive up for service and a valet takes my car. I don't care if the building looks like a luxury waiting room. I find that tactic absolutely ridiculous and foolish. It's a car garage.
