The people are great to deal with. I was a motivated buyer who needed to replace a totaled old Ford Escape and Ryan Feola showed my what was available and when I suggested looking at Hyundai, he showed me those. I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Tucson and Ryan was easy to work with.

I went in for a recall. Everything was fine. Work was completed faster than expected. My only problem is that I always make appointments online when I come to get work done. However, when I arrive, they ask for my name and look it up in the computer. Then, they ask what I want done today. I don't understand why they are asking. I already told them when I made the appointment. I would understand if they said "I see that you want your recall fixed today. Will that be all?"
