Best car experience by far that I have ever had! The two sales consultants that helped my husband and I were amazing people (Vaughn West and Lee Giavasis). I didn't feel one bit pressured to buy anything that I didn't feel comfortable with, they sat down with us and went over every little detail of my car. My family has been coming to this dealership for years and always has had such great experiences. I went in 2 weeks ago with my dad to buy my first car and it was an amazing experience. Drove an hour to get the second lease for us from Vaughn West and Waikem. Thrilled with the Elantra he helped us pick. More like shopping with a friend than the typical car salesman feeling. Also got to meet salesman Bob Mchue, an honest salesman and minister who was happy to help out. We will be back and advise others in the Stark County area to do the same.
What a great day. Sales Consultant Bob Mchue made the car leasing experience a smooth and enjoyable process. Went the extra mile and then some to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was talking to a friend instead of being in a car dealership. When my lease is over, I will be back to have Bob take me through the process again.
My experience at Waikem Hyundai was yet again brilliant. We traded in our lease for a new Sante Fe. The staff were great and took the time to explain all our options for our needs.
