Thank you owner Bobby, and Anthony. Vehicle shopping can be very frustrating but the Preston staff truly cares about their customers. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a great buying experience. Now I am the owner of my 5th Hyundai. Love these vehicles.
Excellent experience My experience was 5 star from Ryan Feola. He really gets hospitality service. His communication throughout the process was just outstanding. He took the time to truly understand my wants and needs. At no time did he come off anyway but truly caring about my experience. Quick and Easy purchase I was shopping on Car Guru and called Ryan Feola, about the car I was looking at. I told him that I would be up in an hour. When I got there, he was waiting for me with the plate all ready to take a test drive. Before hand, he also showed me another that was closer to the end of my price range, but had less miles. Fantastic experience! Ryan was incredibly helpful and very personable! He did not stop until I got what I needed. Buying a new car can be a bit of a headache, but he made it an enjoyable experience. He is fantastic at what he does and you know he enjoys it, too! I am thrilled with my purchase and I would absolutely recommend.
