The service was good but I was told on the phone when I set up my appointment that I would be able to use my free oil change from the previous Taylor KIA since I had not used all of my free ones from when I bought my car. But that wasn't the case when I picked up my car.

Was very polite and personable. Knowledgeable my car was washed tires rotated but air pressure was all different in all four tires. We had to add air to them
