I had a difficult time scheduling the appointment but the overall service was excellent
they told me all the things needed, kept me informed along the way and provided coupons to lower my costs. All the work seemed to be done very well.
Normal oil change and tire rotation
oil change and courtesy inspection - everything went quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the new report that gives the list of items checked in the courtesy inspection and the results for every item. Shows tire tread, brakes, etc which gives a better sense that the vehicle is safe.
Other than coming up with parts for 1yr 4 mo., Diehl got the parts and installed them expeditously.
