Worst service ever! Worst service ever! Completely incompetent! And no return call from management, Eric Cramer, so I guess no one cares so why bother with the survey? My husband took my 4Runner for an oil change and regular maintenance Thursday morning. The tire sensor had been on for at least a month because the spare tire was very low.
