Went to Burien Toyota to buy a vehicle. They just did everything very well. They left us alone. We could look for the car that we wanted. The sales guy was really nice. The finance gal was great. Sales Manager was great. They were just all very good.

Extremely Helpful – I had the advantage of having two extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who went over the many high tech features of my car. One salesperson, David Butler, went over the keyless entry while the another, Dario, helped me understand the hands free unit.
Went the Extra Mile – Kelly and Kenny at Buren Toyota were the only staff from among all Toyota dealerships that went the extra mile and offered to let us special order a Sienna SE without a sunroof. They were by far the most knowledgeable, flexible, helpful and informative. They gave me confidence in buying a Toyota. They were a pleasure to deal with.
Inspected & Rotated – The service department inspected and replaced all four tires. I liked the fact that the service advisor listened to the analysis that I offered and what stood out is that the technician was able to drain from my information as well as the service advisor’s information and was able to take it a further step in assessing the condition of the tires and make recommendations.
