Kirk Spencer was extremely courteous and he explained everything very thoroughly and there was a lot of paperwork to go through and he was very efficient and we thought that overall it was just a very pleasant and polite experience.

Tim Holmquist explained everything in regards to the car very well. Also, explained everything in regards to purchasing of the vehicle, right down to the details of all the additional features that we could buy afterwards. They were all extremely helpful when I initially contacted dealer on internet to purchase the vehicle. So basically every single aspect from start to finish was fantastic.

I previously purchased three Prius from David Butler as he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, fully explains its operation and goes on a test drive with you to make sure you fully understand the operation of the Prius before you leave the dealership. I really like that in a salesman. I have never been to a dealership in my entire life that treated me more respectful when I am negotiating with them to make a purchase than this dealership. they are really very attentive – They are really very attentive and they really explained everything to me. I was very satisfied with their customer service, especially with Dario Graf. I am satisfied with everything at Burien Toyota from the initial contact with Tim Holmquist all the way through the whole buying experience. Tim worked to get us the vehicle we wanted and did not pressure us which allowed us to make the decision to move forward. We had questions for finance about registering our vehicle out of state and they were very accommodating and helpful. Beginning with Tim and working through the sales manager getting to finance, everyone was very helpful. Great experience Brian H

They were knowledgeable about the products and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. My time at the dealership was the shortest time I have ever spent at a dealership test driving vehicles and getting in and out, so I appreciated that.
