Last September Kristen and I bought a brand new Chevy 2500 diesel from Diehl of Grove City. When we bought it the fuel door skin (the plastic piece that matches your paint and slides onto the hinge) was missing. They said don’t worry about it they fly off in transit more than what people would think but we will order another oneand paint it and you can bring it back to get it put on later. So, a week goes by and I take it back to be put on, fast forward to 3500 miles later (there’s only 3800 total on the truck now 3 wee... read more
Finance person very shady. tries to change numbers to cost buyers more money. then plays dumb like he misunderstood. Lies about financing and about dealership services...Salesman on Chevy side are very good. Then it all goes down hill....If you buy anything there. Double check all paperwork before signing!! If there is any questions. please get it in writing. they will deny everything they tell you !
Business response:
Hi Mike, thank you for stopping by to share this with us.
they just tried to sell me a "NEW/USED" truck. what the heck is a new/used truck? it only had 5 miles on it..... seemed a tad shady we walked seemed they didn't want to give up the rebates. tried to sell us a 3yr 39,000 mi extended warranty to cover for the "NEW/USED TRUCK. I'm sorry I am sitting here laughing as I type this. You can't make this up.I have bought 7 New cars in my my lifespan and I have never been insulted so much. RUN. DONT WALK AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your feedback with us, Kyle. We're disappointed to hear this was the experience you had working with our team. There should have been better communication on our team's end regarding the status of the vehicle and how it fell into the category it did. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it and apologize again for the lack of communication and frustrating experience. This is not how we do business.
my dad tried to trade his truck last night, once the salesman saw the truck was once owned in Canada and had been in two previous accidents he didn't want anything to do with it
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to reach out, Charles. We're sorry to hear your father had a frustrating experience trying to trade in his truck. There are a number of factors that go into our decision to accept a trade-in. We apologize if our team did not communicate the reasons for their decision in a clear, respectful manner. This is absolutely something we will address with them and appreciate you for bringing it to our attention.
your charging people for work done in 2019 when an insurance company totaled the truck in 2018. Your sounding pretty crooked and in these times of hardship people dont need you harassing them over $300 on a vehicle they haven't owned in 2 years. Do your research find who bought the totaled truck and fixed it and R titled it . It was probably all you and your mess up. but I'll help my friends blast you on FB till you get off your A's and figure out your business .
Business response:
Michael, it was nice speaking to you today. We were surprised to see this given our conversation today. As we told you, when your vehicle was brought back to us after it was purchased at an auction from your insurance company our system automatically connected your information for the service work performed. By no means are we charging you for work done, the system was corrected and updated. Not sure where the crooked implications come from and references to harassment. We hope you stay healthy and safe during these time... read more
Whom it may concern, On December the 17th, 2019 I purchased my new Ram Limited 2020 Truck from Diehl Dodge Jeep Ram of Grove City. I had been looking for a new truck for a while. One with all the options I wanted on it and it happened to be in Pennsylvania, and I live in Michigan. A few days before I ended up purchasing my Truck, I Called and talked to the Salesman there and he we discussed how it will would work for me to buy the truck being I'm from Michigan He assured me that coming there to buy the truck wouldn’t ... read more

Thank you for taking the time to reach out, Jim. I'm sorry to hear that what should have been a very exciting time turned into a very frustrating one. I have forwarded your concerns on to my GM so he can review your customer profile and experience in order to identify areas where we can improve our procedures. This is not the level of customer service that is up to our standards and I apologize again for the frustration you experienced.^KK
Bought a vehicle from this dealership back in May 2019 drove it home from Grove city to Mercer only to find out when I got it in my driveway that it had a bad oil leak. After only on in the vehicle for 20 minutes I ask them to take it back and let me buy another one which they refuse because it was obvious that the van was less then sound. They conceded to repair whatever the issue was, but would not do anything more. Now less than eight months later I bring the van in for a Tuneup because the check engine light came on and ... read more

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us, Christian. High-mileage vehicles tend to need additional love and care to maintain their performance. Our team stands behind our sales and service, which is why we provided a 6-month, 6,000-mile powertrain Chrysler warranty at no charge at the time of the sale. Unfortunately, this repair fell after those terms. The 10% discount was offered in good faith because we do understand that repairs can be frustrating.
Since the last time I was at Diehl automotive at Grove City I've had one heck of a time trying to get answers. I wrecked my car and had it in the collision center. Everything was great until they sent my car to the Chevy side. When rotating my tires a lug nut got stripped. When they tried to get it off they scratched my rim pretty good. I was then promised a replacement rim and have yet to receive it. After they said they where going to replace the rim they tried to weld a nut onto the stripped lug nut to remove it. It did... read more

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right, Sean! We appreciate your business and look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future. If there is anything else you'd like to discuss, please give us a call.
Service prices. $99.00 for a check up of electronics. Then they said I needed 2 new keys and programmed to new modules for a $900.00 expense. I said to program my current keys and he said we don’t do it that way. I had already check another location that gave me labor bill of under $50.00 per hour and module for about same price and total bill would be under $550.00 for everything. Very different.
Business response:
Thank you for reaching out, Victor. I've forwarded your concerns on to our service manager so we can take a look at pricing and how the information was communicated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. ^KK
