They consistently over promise and under deliver. Furthermore, it is painfully obvious their number one priority is up-selling as opposed to meeting customer needs. If half the effort was put towards the scheduled contract work and not looking for the up-sell they could probably do the work in a timely manner. Without any exaggeration the last three experiences with service was a two hour service turned two days. Very disappointing and I hope they get it figured out over there.

I had a very poor experience! I dropped my car off in the morning for a 1 o'clock appointment. Went back at 245 to see if it was done and they did not even look at my car yet. I waited until 5 pm and was then handed a bill for $52 and was told they could not fix it. Very unsatisfied!!!

After an hour of running diagnostics on your vehicle, our team reached out to Star Engineering and were eventually told that the phone you have is too new for the vehicle's radio system and that is what was causing the problem. You were only charged for a half hour of diagnostics. We apologize if this was not properly explained. If you would like further clarification, please let us know!

Well where would you like me to start, y’all are super unprofessional.. give someone a price and have them put a down payment on the vehicle so they could wait for the co-signer to get home and when they come in to sign the paper work y’all change the price on them.. that’s some unprofessional ways y’all need to learn how to stick to your word and not back out because of your mess up. I’ll never deal with them again..

Gave me the wrong price on a vehicle cause they messed up on the paperwork had a down payment on the truck was being held for me until my co signer could sign everything so they had almost 3 weeks to realize they messed up waited till we showed to sign papers and bring the vehicle home they even had the vehicle all cleaned and sitting ready to leave when we walked in then they tell me they messed up couldn’t even call me so I didn’t waste my time driving their called the manager and talked to him he told me their was nothing... read more

I have tried calling Chevy parts twice this morning and no one answers. Then I have to leave a message. If I need parts I need them right away I don't have time to wait for a call back . Hung up after the second time trying called Ben bissett and their parts department picked up right away. sorry you lost a sale and future sales.
