I like the new car I got everyone was very nice but I had it for 30 minutes and it had something wrong with it that they fixed . It took them 3 days to fix it . Didn't like the loner car at all

Friendly, knowledgeable, great service. Service department always listens to my concerns and gets me an appointment quickly.
Glenn was extremely patient and diligent with giving updates as to when the BMW would be done in the service department. Since the vehicle was newly traded in, I spent nearly 2 weeks communicating with Glenn so it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. Mike knew exactly how to process my direct from Credit Union check. Neither of them were pushy or trying to throw in things that didn't fit my budget. From start to finish, everything was great. Logan, our service advisor was super. Since we had an early appointment, John drove us to a restaurant so we could have our breakfast and COFFEE. What more could we ask?
