This was an excellent experience. It's so nice to be able to take my car to a dealer for service that doesn't ignore my calls and lie to me (like your other dealership's service department did). And actually knows what they are talking about (again unlike your other dealership). This has kept me as a Diehl customer when I was about to never go back.

Well I have been here a few time for different things but this time had to by far the best time ever, the two girls/ladies who took care of my service for my Jeep were awesome, I hope they’re there when I make my next trip there. These two girls are the best.

Excellent service! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and everything was done quickly and efficiently. There were two recalled parts that they replaced as well and their communication during everything was great!
