The sales manager kept talking down to me and mansplaining the fact that he called the $20k vehicle I was buying "junk" from the PA dealership. My dealings with Jeremy Gorby and Greg Marple were outstanding. Sales manager Justin needs to take customer service training.

My wife and I took our business to this dealership, the used jeep we purchased is very nice and at a fair price,but the jeep only came with one key fob,now for an extra one,they want to charge another 300 dollars on top of the price we already paid. We are very unhappy that this was not included, pretty petty not to make that part of the deal. Hope the 300 dollars was worth the repeat business, we will purchase our next vehicle elsewhere.

The case with your Jeep though was that since it was a pre-owned vehicle there only was that one key fob available. I believe your sales guy let you know about that while you were checking out the Jeep. We would have loved to include two key fobs but there simply wasn't a second one available. Spoke with Jonah twice and sales manager once about new Jeep Wrangler and had an appointment to go buy it. Day of the appointment Jonah called me to go over my trade in value and get all of the details. Once he learned my trade in value and that I did not owe anything on the vehicle he called me back a half hour later to let me know they were raising the price 6k dollars over MSRP… I called three other Jeep dealerships with same Jeep and all three were selling at MSRP. This place will 100% take advantage of anything!!!

ok here is the deal, I inquired on several vehicles listed at Diehl and still have not received an email, a text or a phone call about any of them. since nobody called me, I made the 35 minute drive to confirm they were still here and walked around the lot for 30 minutes looking at their inventory, yet not one salesmen bothered to come out and greet me. Very disappointed, member of the jeep wave program. Brought my car to dealership for all services. They never rotated my tires. 2 tires bad, 2 tires good. Worst customer service ever trying to get this resolved.

Had my jeep for 11 days for a caliper and break line. turned roters and pads. Was told 7 at the latest. Not one call stating they would have longer. They called me and said they were finished then told me a total. Went that evening to get amd gentleman told me they forgot to add on the pads. Was going to charge me until I said something. I will not bad mouth but they will never get another penny from this household nor will I ever recommend them. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

place is very disorganized! took a week and a half to repair my truck....price was outrageous! I was told they were repairing my rear shocks...instead it was my front....when I came to pick my truck up ..I wanted an hr and a half! I finally got my truck and started to leave...a guy flagged me down in a truck ..asked if he could barrow my truck...here he was the mechanic...said he forgot to tighten my strut bolts!!!
