shouldn't be able to sell a truck that has something wrong with it. took it for a test drive, but had no gas in it, took a short drive because I didn't want to run out of gas.....danelle was a great sales person, she had nothing to do with the bad truck

I bought a 2014 GMC from this dealership. The salesmen, Dylan seemed to be a honest hard working kid which I respected. So I went to the dealership and test drove this vehicle. Right off the bat he had to jump start it twice, which I thought nothing about seeing as it was 20 degrees or below. Bought a Chevy Captiva from then. Had problems with it ever since. It’s a shame too, I was gonna get a Jeep of them next year. Not now. Wouldn’t buy a bolt off this dealership!!

trevor was great salesman in fact the whole sales team was great bought a certified preowned Durango but before I purchased it I noticed the coolant was low (must not be part of the 120 point inspection to get certified)????? called the service team and the were less then willing to help said they would call me back after they talked to sales team they dident so they did not due a complete inspection on car and less then willing to make it right so sales GREAT service PISS POOR

The Jeep I got from them has done nothing but cause me problems, when I got it the roof had pin holes in the back, the radio didn’t work, and now it has death wobble which is causing my tires to step. Haven’t even had it for a full month.

If someone goes to look at a car they raise the price of it online. Sent my father to look at a car I found on their website. Coincidentally not a few hours after he went to see it the price raised online by $599. Today I personally went to look at it. It was a sharp car and the salesmen were nice. Funny how you remove the advertisement you were called out on. My mother bought from you in December and you did not give her the $500 gift card that you advertised on Facebook and on TV. Not good business. Will never do business with you again and highly warn others, unless you like being lied to and pressured into buying stuff you don't need. Shame on you.
My salesman was great they promised me the truck was looked over completely everything was checked out I get it home I found out the air filter is black I found out there’s no jack in the truck at all that I found out the spark plugs have never been changed out it has over 100,000 miles on a 2015 truck salesman try to help me out but the sales manager said no way I did buy it as is ,, paid a lot of money for this vehicle so I’m not happy with management and the dealership , the salesman was great.
