4pm appointment setup at 12:30 over the phone. I’m arrive at 4. Vehicle not there, they have to go pick it up…. Truck shows up at 4:25, of course with no fuel. They have to now go get fuel. Oh wait, there’s a fro oh sit on it, may not be for sale????? Thanks, Waikem Ford. Way to waste my time. I’m taking bets if they try to make it right……who’s in on it ( rant over 😁)

I was told one price and went on my own to get financing. The team there Knew I was going to get Financing. After being approved, there team tells me there is a 10k difference in price. When I called them out on it, they told me "Oh its not our fault"

radio ad is a lie "you dont even need your social security number" it was the first thing I was asked for even though I was told "it's a light credit pull not a hard one" still negatively affected my already bad credit the same as a hard inquiry. total waste of time and staff appeared unwilling to be helpful. or listen to what we wanted. shame they have to lie to hard working people just to get you in the door!

Bought my 2019 Mustang new here. At about 1000 miles, the transmission started grinding going into 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear. Took them a couple months to even get the car in, while I kept driving it. By the time 3000 miles rolled around, 3rd and 4th gear were completely out. I finally took it in and left it there and got a loaner car. Then it took them a couple weeks before they even looked at the car, and when they did, they ordered a new transmission, which was on backorder for another month. SO FAR WE ARE HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE AUTO BODY SHOP. MY SISTERS MURANO WAS HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE HER HOME. THE CAR WAS SIDE SWIPED SOO HARD THE PASS SIDE FRONT WHEEL WAS FORCED UP OVER THE CURB AND ONTO THE SIDE WALK. HER CAR WAS TOWED TO WAIKEM FORD WHERE THEY REPAIRED HER BODY DAMAGE. SHE TOLD THEM TO CHECK THE FRONT END ALIGNMENT AND THEY TALKED HER INTO 500 DOLLARS WORTH OF BALL JOINT WORK THE CAR DID NOT NEED IT WAS IN FOR INSURANCE WORK FROM THE COLLISION. They broke a bracket while fixing something else & acted like them fixing it on later date was no big deal....& it's A BIG DEAL!! my time IS VALUABLE.....& they NEVER even apologized at all....the guy jus tip toed around the fact that they even did something wrong?!?@? Not a Fan of this place.....AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
