Don't buy here!!! I live behind the dealership!! I see what they do to the cars they sell!! Doughnuts in the gravel anyone??? People in the cars all hours of the day and night!! Who knows what you will find!! Horrible way to treat the new cars... And horrible neighbor!!
I have been a customer since 2003, and I must say that after buying my last 4 vehicles from here I was treated very poorly on July 27, 2015. I took my 2012 Ford Escape in for an oil change and for them to take a look at my A/C unit. The service rep never informed me that there would be a charge to check the A/C unit. I didn't think that there would be one since I had a warranty. When he called to inform me what was wrong and that it wouldn't be covered under the warranty, we elected to not have the work done at that time. He... read more
They told me one minute I got a new car and then they told us that we didnt. I was never so disappointed. I bought my last car from there and we had to haggle for three days. I will never go there again. The salesman even shook his hand and said congratulations.
