When buying a car this was my first time that the dealer was great to deal with. That’s saying a lot since im 71 years old.
Don was very kind and easy to work with. Everyone was super personable and made for any easy experience.
There where a few communication errors. First I was told od get 10k for one of my cars at the end of the deal I saw 9500. Then I was told the protection shield add on that I purchased for the interior and exterior of the car would be put on before I picked up my vehicle the next day. It wasn't and I had to go back a few days later. When I questioned about getting the coating added on in the future I was informed they don't do that even with a cost.
