We were rushed and pressured. The deal was not a deal. It was last year’s inventory and should have been offered at a significant reduction. The final cost was well over what I expected.
Katie did a fantastic job showing me the car, setting everything up and explaining all the features of my new 24 Elantra I couldn't ask for a better sales person. I did a few issues with the financial person persisting trying to sell me the extended electronic warranty. BUT my biggest disappointment was with the Prep of the car. I have been with this dealership since before it was Diehl. as a matter of fact it has changed names and owners many times but the constant has been Angelo. He is the main reason I do business here. He has helped me so many times. I will continue here as I had a great service experience.
