Service to my vehicle was extremely fast considering when it was towed in they were running about 2 weeks behind. I was very thankful! Being without a vehicle is not pleasant. Very friendly and courteous considered they were trying to handle a problem that developed before Diehl bought this dealership and the documentation of said issue was not properly documented. Excellent service. They were not sure how long it would take, so they gave me a loaner car for the day.
The new facility is gorgeous and the entire staff were pleasant. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and took her time with me.
