Fantastic service and quick feedback on my vehicle. Great service work for what needed done on my car.
I like the dealership however when I made an appt. for a recall on my vehicle, I went to the appt. only to find out that they didn`t have the part in stock. I would think this should be checked ahead of time. Other than that the dealership has been very accommodating in the past.
SERVICE EMPLOYEE'S WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. The vehicle was completed when they said it would be. Good customer service
We bought both of our vehicles at Grove City Ford when we lived in Grove City. We moved to Hermitage in July 2022 and have taken our vehicles to Diehl Ford since then. Always good service.

The vehicle was completed when they said it would be. However, there was grease on the steering wheel and drivers seat and the vehicle reaked of grease. Additionally, it is next to impossible to talk to a person at the dealership and the service department is even worse. Service department is over tasked and seems disorganized. Hire more people
