My service started at my appointment time. Service manager was efficient and explained what service was provided. I got my car back as swiftly as possible while I waited.
Donnie is a nice dude. They were efficient and pleasant in getting my vehicles oil change and tire warranty issue resolved.
We had car trouble while traveling and stopped at Diehl in Sharon,pa, best customer service ever. Don at the service desk was very sensitive to our plight. Dan,the technician was equally as good.
