He provided back-to-back test drives of all three SUVs we were interested in even though they were from different manufacturers. How many dealers can do that?!! Mo led us through the process and provided timely answers to all our questions about the vehicle we chose. Mo doesn't pressure you as we have experienced in prior new car purchases and that was much appreciated.
