RecommendedWe just bought our 3rd Honda in 12 years, all from Waikem Honda. We have always been pleased with the service, but this time I was especially impressed by salesman Duane Carnathan. He went the extra mile(s) multiple times during a 3-week fiasco of trading in my favorite but worn out car, not pressuring me into buying something I didn't want, and then being patient with me when I took awhile to settle on the vehicle that ended up being perfect for me. RecommendedI bought a new 2016 Honda CVR from Eric Biggie. He is a great salesman. It took a little while to get things done. Switched to from new to used. Eric actually brought the car to me at my home since my daughter had just had surgery on her broken leg. What a surprise! He did not have to do that! The day I went to pick up the car I was resigned I was getting a used car...then he surprised me again the numbers were for the original car I wanted....I was so happy I literally hugged him!
