Worst repair service ever! Kept our friends car 2 months without ever looking at it. Every time we would call they would say there were "3 ahead of hers" After 2 months we had it pulled out and towed to Marhofer in Green. Within 1 week it was diagnosed and a new motor ordered. Promised a loaner however kept telling her "she was on the waiting list." Worst experience ever! If you need your car dont take it here! Just a side note... she purchased the car from them 😡
Sales dept good , Service Dept bad (terrible) . First and last experience was awful . Never going back . Be very careful when going to the Service Dept..
The WORST customer service I have experienced in my entire life! I have been trying for 2 months to get thru to “the right person” to obtain the remaining $1700+ owed back to me from the warranty I purchased on my, now totaled, car purchased from them…. No one will return my calls, texts, emails and when I AM able to get thru to a person at all, I get transferred to a FULL voice mailbox!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Do NOT deal with these people if you want treated with an ounce of respect!!
Please take this review serious. Do not buy a vehicle from any of these Diehl facilities. I bought a Hyundai elentra for my son 3 months ago and it started making horrible noise. I took vehicle in to their service department. They quoted me $8100 for a new engine....less then 90 days from purchasing the used vehicle with 76k miles. They say I'll work with you, $5700....Please think before you ever consider going to any of their facilities. Bad business
took my car in for a bearing clearance test this place left all the coil packs loose and has done nothing but jerk us around about the extended warranty I would not recommend this place to anyone
Bought a Hyundai Tucson back in 2020, had nothing but prob some during the buying process and problems with the service department for the two years I owned the vehicle. Needless to say I traded the car in on a new 2022 Tucson and went to Rob Marhofer in green and nothing but excellence from them. Great salespeople and great service. Waikem has lost my business and I stray anyone considering them to go elsewhere.
I bought a 2017 Santa Fe Sport in 2019. My engine bearing just went out and they said I’m screwed because the update on the recall was in 2018. I said I don’t even own the car. He said well because the previous owner didn’t fix it, it’s on me. If you knew there was a recall on these cars, why wasn’t the problem fixed when the previous owner returned the lease. Certified used cars is joke. My cousin warned me and I should have listened
