Michael was very helpful and did an excellent job communicating and researching a software issue and indicated that he is committed to finding a solution to an unresolved problem with resetting the change oil indicator. I expect that he will provide me with an update if/when a software update that resolves this issue is available.

Better time estimate needed to do repair, and better communication for additional work at sister dealership. Had to make an additional trip the next day to get alignment done after being told it would be done the same day after work was completed at the Kia dealership.
