What a class Dealership. Everyone at Diehl was above my expectations. Great people, I will buy my next car at Diehl and you should too.
I asked them to rotate my tires. I was told they rotated my tires but they didn't rotate my tires. Also, had my car inspected. He told me it be $11 and it was 58 something they should know what the price is upfront. I purchased a car there they know where I live

It took too long to get to my car, a 4 month old Atlas that had to be towed for the second time in the 4 months that I have owned it. Felt I deserved more of a priority than I got.

I'm not sure why you're asking me this again. I brought my car in for a recall repair and not only did you NOT fix the recall issue, you returned my car to me in an unsafe to drive condition the clutch sticks, the gears grind and it struggles to shift into 1st. None of these problems existed prior. possibly worse is that your service manager, sean, didn't seem to care that my car was returned to me in this condition and i'm dreading what will happen when I drop it off to fix what you did.

Truck went in for ball joint and made it less than 20 miles from dealership and the brake caliper locked up. Had to go back and buy new piston pad and rotors. This is not a coincidence considering the mechanic had that caliper off and likely caused an issue when he compressed it. Normally the guides should be cleaned.

took Jeep Cherokee into dealership on 12-16-24 for service of radio. AM no longer worked. Jeep was serviced and returned and I was advised that the necessary repairs had been made to the radio and I was good to go. Before leaving the dealership I checked the radio and still no AM service. Drove back into service bay and advised service rep. Jeep was again taken to be checked again. Was subsequently advised they would need to order a new radio. Hybrid battery filter service. They charged $127 with their hourly rate $150> or =. Time to do the job less than 15 minutes no parts used filter cleaned only. According to Toyota care covers normal maintenance as it is in the manual. ? The dealer as fraud service. When I went to check there work I found the screw holding the filter cover on stripped unable to remove. Gathering info to make a case
