I felt like, since it was a Saturday, they did not evaluate my issue. The problem occurred again in the next week. I took the car to another dealer, who did evaluate the problem.

If I could it would be negative stars. I took my car in for a check engine light. 2 & half weeks later, and several parts later, I get my car back. Now my car has a problem with the brakes/rotors. Shaking when I try to stop. They did a state inspection while the car was there and the brakes/rotors passed. Now I have a "warped" rotors. How did that happen when it was fine when I dropped it off and fine when they did inspection but is warped when I get it back. They won't do anything about it. For some reason, I thought a woman owned and run business would be more honest and I could trust them They've lost my business! There are plenty of other Jeep dealerships in western PA!

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.
I was having Dielh Toyota look at the air bag covers running from the dash to the roof, the STS vinyl covers because they were warping and you could see the air bags from the outside. They replaced one because it wouldn't clamp back on.
Im only giving the experience a POOR because I traded that 2014 for a 2018. Whoever got that silver Camry got a nice car with full LED lights in front and perfectly tinted windows. Why everyone thinks I own that car is beyond me. Makes me want to go look for it and take it home. This is getting crazy. Even the dealership I traded it in with sends me notes about it.
