Oil change was finished in 15 minutes. It took another hour and 45 minutes to inspect my Jeep Wrangler even though I received a video explaining what was done and suggestions of what is needed in the near future. I waited 40 minutes after the video to receive word that it was done. Not a big deal but you asked for my opinion.
