The oil change was quick, however I have noticed that in the past few years and I'm calling Diehl out on this. They have a bad habit of going off numbers of previous visits example they didn't know one month prior I got new tires on my Jeep. Yet on my inspection they said my tread depth was 6/32 also the same has applied with other things like my brakes. So it makes me believe someone isn't really checking things they are checking last service records , how I know I keep all my paper work. So that's my complaint

Went in for a tcm update, which they preformed, and they also did a ecm update without me even having to ask for it. Both things they did then got put through as a warranty claim, so I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket. A+
