Their service department is always so accommodating and Their service department is always so accommodating and understanding. I missed my first appointment, it was my fault, and they rescheduled me with no issue and let me keep the coupon I was going to use. I usually walk down to Aldi next door while my car is being serviced and they always call before doing any additional work. We just happened to be in the Hermitage, PA area and We just happened to be in the Hermitage, PA area and stopped at the dealership. I was so happy to see a Rav4 on the lot, and with no intention of buying at that point, I became the proud owner of a nice ruby red SUV.
