Over all the exprience was great. Over all the exprience was great. The only thing I would change is the hand over process. I have been through the exhausting going over everything you already know for and hour. The Process at Diehl was more asking repeatedly do you have any more questions. My suggestion is to give the customer a check list to take home before they pick up the vehicle as a reminder of all the questions they might have to highlight the ones the actual have. Maintenance was started on time. Maintenance was started on time. I was informed when 2 filters needed to be changed and new windshield wiper blades were installed. I was out of there in good time. Everyone was polite and professional.
