Superb service with the best automotive staff in the Superb service with the best automotive staff in the region. Unlike the overbearing, suspicious crew at Preston Toyota in New Castle, Diehl (and its previous owners) has always known how to treat a customer. Eric Kramer is a standout. Praise for him and all his colleagues.

I was greeted upin entering. I was greeted upin entering. My car was taken car of in a very timely manor and the staff even conversed with my 8 yr old and made him feel comfortable and content being there and waiting. I would have like it if my car was taken through the wash before it was given back to me but the work is always exceptional
