I had to have a part replaced due to a recall. I had to have a part replaced due to a recall. Donna called and set up the appointment within a few days. I left the car there and it was ready in a few hours. They were all very pleasant and helpful and even washed my car.

Diehl is very new to me and I had my concerns dealing Diehl is very new to me and I had my concerns dealing with a new auto dealership but I found them to be very pleasant, very accommodating and very thorough with their inspections. I no longer have negative concerns. I was very pleased.
