I found out the bed cover was defective and told 2 different sales people about it but they both blew me off and did nothing. I then talked to a service rep that was going to see what she could do. Now 6 weeks have go by with nothing being done so I sent her an email and asked if I had to get my attorney involved in order to get an answer.
