Jesus was very professional and through. He made the experience fun and stress free. Susan the BM was very organized, knowledgable, and efficient. Her job, in today’s high tech society should have been simple but it was not. Certainly not her fault the paperwork takes what seemed to be forever.
Diehl is very efficient. They scheduled & fixed by car very fast. They called when it was done & my car was cleaner than when I left it. Very nice people.
I went to a different garage to get my car fixed and they actually made it worse. Diehl not only fixed my car the right way, but they gave me a rental car for free to drive around in... Joyce, specifically was great to work with. All around an awesome experience!
