Didn't fix everything that they were supposed to fix. Very poor craftsmanship done also. Very upset with Diehl. Bad experience. Brought my truck back a 2nd time for repeat business and it didn't pay off. Very disappointing...

Just a friendly reminder, DO NOT buy a car from this dealership, especially if its used. The owner will tell you his daughter just used this vehicle and it’s in great shape, but it will be a never ending money pit. I cannot stress enough how awful my experience was with this dealership and just hope I can save you all the trouble. Take a little extra drive to next dealership.

Walk Away, wait instead RUN as fast as you can. On May 13, 2020 we spent $70,000 on a brand-new Dodge Ram Cummins 2500 from Diehl-Butler. We drove this truck for 10 days before we discovered our first oil leak. Yes, the first one. Soon we had a 2nd, 3rd and a 4th leak. Then eventually it needed a whole new Cummins engine. This would mean that the entire front of the truck would have to be disassembled. We were told then that this repair would take only 6 hours. Inept and inert and questionable ethic service dept. An auto uconnect update failed, back up camera, anti collision, gps clock, etc stopped working. Would not update. Disconnect battery to reset, not an easy task. Took it to Diehl, advised they could only reset. I advised that dealer svc rep my son the could update it with thumb drive. He said that only dealer downloads were on thumb drives. He said he could only reset it and it would schedule update but it did not. Got on internet for info. I would not recommend the service department to anyone. They offer free inspections when you buy a car to look for reasons to charge you. I had taillight guards on my jeep. My jeep passed inspection with them last year at Diehl. This year they charged me $55 to remove them. $55 for something that takes 5 minutes to do and was unnecessary is ridiculous. I asked them to look at my Center console because it broke to see if it was under warranty. The guy told me when I pulled it that it would not be covered. I told him that it d... read more

Had a recall taken care of, and they “folded” my towing mirror in and popped the glass out of it which I broke it putting it back in. The manager looked at it on Monday said he’d take to his manager the next day and get ahold of me. Never heard from again. So when you take your vehicle take note of the body before you take it in for anything

PRICES! Took my car in for normal maintenance, oil change, rotate tires. I asked them to check the brakes because ever since the last time they changed them (supposedly) they make a grinding noise. Today I was told they never changed the brakes, they only cut the rotors. Not sure why they weren't replaced when I was told that was what they were doing because it was still under warranty. Always had excellent service there except for my last visit this past Friday. Took my car in to have my transmission fluid changed after getting a quote for $311. When they took it in to do the work they came out to tell me that whoever gave the quote was wrong, that it would be $780 dollars. No problem, people make mistakes right; but I decided that was way too high and I would take it somewhere else to have it done. However, they still charged me $52.00!!!!!!
