I brought my jeep over to have a screen fixed. They diagnosed it for $160. I have been called back leaving voicemails for Wade. It’s been over a month leaving voicemails and he will not return my phone calls. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to get serviced here.

Last time I got service here I was really pissed off about the shady business practices this place imposes upon their customers and I see that hasn't changed. With that being said I will say after my most recent visit to Diehl the staff here is some of the friendliest I've had the pleasure of encountering in these greasy dealership type of places. If Diehl Dodge Jeep is anything like Diehl Toyota. I highly recommend STAY AWAY form the service department. Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle.. well of course if you want them to destroy your transmission an then not own up to it. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN STAY AWAY

We did what we could to keep it going for you, we paid to have it towed back in a second time, flushed it twice, and after there was nothing else we could do we offered you a discount on a new transmission equal to what you already paid us to try and fix the one you had. As always we appreciate your business and we're sorry we couldn't do more for you.
I go in for vehicle service which was fine but THESE GREEDY ASS cock suckers are literally charging you 49 cents for gloves and like a buck fifty for 6 oz of hand soap. WTF?? The expense on the customer isn't anything really but maybe four hot dogs at Sheetz but the principle of pinching pennies harder than the clamps on my nipples is egregious. I rencetly took my jeep to get it fixed put on there machine figured it out callled said it’s good to go. Came over got in Jeep went four feet Jeep was not acting right. Pretty sure they fixed it drove it to a parking spot never touched it instead of double checking before I came over to get it to make sure it was running so disappointing will never go again horrible
Called in the morning to verify that they had Ram 2500 trucks on site and was told yes. After driving an hour to get there I was told that the owner marked the trucks up $5,000 over sticker price. Waste of time. Will never go back
