I initially brought my renegade in to have the air conditioning charged. There were some issues afterward and my sincere thanks to Bob Wolford for his understanding and outstanding customer service. Bob personally handled the situation and I don’t have enough positive words to describe the experience I had, all thanks to Bob Wolford. I always feel that employees are the biggest asset to any corporation and Bob is certainly an asset to Diehl.
