I was taken care of within one minute of entering the building and was greeting by one of the schedulers. He scheduled my appointment when it was convenient for me. Repair was made quickly on the scheduled day and was very pleased

Had a problem with my washer fluid pump. They diagnosed the problem as a loose connection and tightened it at no charge. Plus, it was easy to make the appointment and they completed an oil change and tire rotation sooner than I expected.

Everything is good here. Service Advisor Tom Richardson is great. Got all of my vehicles from Diehl. Everyone is nice. My dogs even love going here.

It started with a check engine light on my jeep jk, took it to a local auto shop they charged me $98.00 to run diagnostics on it and did nothing told me take it to a dealer. I took it to Diehl in Robinson they ran diagnostic found problem and fixed it for free. One week later took it back for inspection was very pleased with service and got Ducked in the process. Will return in future.
